Shipping Policy – Unity Threads

At Unity Threads, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods (such as launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Other EU countries: 6–10 business days

  • Non-EU countries: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to delays with the carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code (if available), allowing you to follow your package.

5. Delays

Unity Threads is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The carrier

  • Customs procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Please always check your shipping information carefully when placing an order.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at:

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier if necessary.

7. Damaged Delivery

Did you receive a damaged package?
Immediately take photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damage to the product

Send these within 48 hours to unitythreads.eu@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
