Return & Refund Policy – Unity Threads

We do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Not completely satisfied? Below you can read how returns and refunds work.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to:

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• Product(s) you wish to return

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unworn and unwashed

• The product must be in its original condition

• Labels and tags must still be attached

• The product should, if possible, be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or damaged.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Unity Threads is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at unitythreads.eu@outlook.com and include clear photos.

In that case, we will provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer a direct exchange service. Would you like a different size or color?
Please place a new order and return the original product in accordance with the above policy.
